Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with Gas Buddies LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. You authorize Gas Buddies LLC to charge the payment method on file for the actual cost of gasoline dispensed into your vehicle during each service appointment. 2. Fuel charges are based on the current market price at the time of service and the exact number of gallons used to fill your tank. 3. Final fuel costs may vary depending on fuel prices, vehicle tank capacity, and fuel level at the time of service. 4. Your payment method will be charged after the fill-up is completed. Gas Buddies is not responsible for manufacturer fuel gauge inaccuracies or limitations related to the vehicle fuel systems. To cancel or reschedule, you must call 864-826-3217. A $10 trip fee may apply if the driver has been dispatched. By completing your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms and authorize Gas Buddies LLC to process the applicable fuel charges.

Services Provided Gas Buddies LLC offers fuel delivery services as outlined on our website and mobile app. By placing an order, you agree to the following: Availability: Our services are subject to availability in your location and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including weather or road conditions. Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate delivery information, including vehicle details, fuel type, and delivery location. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information. 4. Payment and Fees Pricing: Fuel prices and delivery fees will be displayed at the time of placing an order. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and online payment gateways. By providing payment details, you authorize Gas Buddies LLC to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions: Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The length of subscription plans billing cycle is monthly. Failed Payments: If your payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. 5. Order and Delivery Terms When placing an order, the following conditions apply: Order Confirmation: Once you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This does not guarantee delivery, which is subject to fuel availability and delivery capacity. Delivery Time: We strive to deliver within the selected time slot but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations: You can cancel an order before it is dispatched without any charge. After dispatch, cancellations may incur a fee. 6. Customer Responsibilities As a customer, you agree to the following responsibilities: Safe Access: Ensure that our delivery team has safe and unhindered access to your vehicle and delivery location. Correct Fuel Selection: You are responsible for selecting the correct fuel type. Gas Buddies LLC is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of incorrect fuel. 7. Promotions and Discounts Gas Buddies LLC may offer promotions, discounts, or referral programs from time to time. These offers: Non-transferable: May not be transferred or combined with other offers. Expiration: Have specific expiration dates, after which they will no longer be valid. Eligibility: Are subject to additional terms, including geographic restrictions and eligibility criteria. 8. User Conduct You agree not to: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Service. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or data. Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account without notice. 9. Vehicle or Property Damage: Resulting from incorrect information provided by you or failure to maintain safe delivery conditions. 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Gas Buddies LLC, its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: Your breach of these Legal Terms. Your use or misuse of the Service. Any inaccuracies in the information provided by you. 12. Termination Gas Buddies LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for: Violation of Terms: Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
