3. Appointment Confirmation- A Gas Buddies team member will confirm your appointment details. You park and pop your 

4. We Fill Your Tank- Our trained staff arrives and safely fills your vehicle on-site.

5. Pay For What You Use- After the fill-up is complete, you'll be charged for only the exact amount of the fuel pumped.

Gas Buddies LLC Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 8/5/2025 We are Gas Buddies LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in South Carolina, United States. We operate the website www.gasbuddiessc.com (the "site"), the mobile application Gas Buddies LLC (the "app"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms') (collectively, the "Services") You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. 1. Acceptance of Terms By using Gas Buddies LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our Service immediately. 2. Account Registration and Security To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Authorized Use: All activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. 3. Services Provided Gas Buddies LLC offers fuel delivery services as outlined on our website and mobile app. By placing an order, you agree to the following: Availability: Our services are subject to availability in your location and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including weather or road conditions. Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate delivery information, including vehicle details, fuel type, and delivery location. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information. 4. Payment and Fees Pricing: Fuel prices and delivery fees will be displayed at the time of placing an order. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and online payment gateways. By providing payment details, you authorize Gas Buddies LLC to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions: Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The length of subscription plans billing cycle is monthly. Failed Payments: If your payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. 5. Order and Delivery Terms When placing an order, the following conditions apply: Order Confirmation: Once you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This does not guarantee delivery, which is subject to fuel availability and delivery capacity. Delivery Time: We strive to deliver within the selected time slot but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations: You can cancel an order before it is dispatched without any charge. After dispatch, cancellations may incur a fee. 6. Customer Responsibilities As a customer, you agree to the following responsibilities: Safe Access: Ensure that our delivery team has safe and unhindered access to your vehicle and delivery location. Correct Fuel Selection: You are responsible for selecting the correct fuel type. Gas Buddies LLC is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of incorrect fuel. 7. Promotions and Discounts Gas Buddies LLC may offer promotions, discounts, or referral programs from time to time. These offers: Non-transferable: May not be transferred or combined with other offers. Expiration: Have specific expiration dates, after which they will no longer be valid. Eligibility: Are subject to additional terms, including geographic restrictions and eligibility criteria. 8. User Conduct You agree not to: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Service. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or data. Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account without notice. 9. Intellectual Property All content on the Gas Buddies LLC website and app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Gas Buddies LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written consent. 10. Limitation of Liability Gas Buddies LLC is not liable for: Indirect or Consequential Damages: Including loss of profits, data, or use of the Service. Service Interruptions: Caused by factors beyond our control, such as power outages or network issues. Vehicle or Property Damage: Resulting from incorrect information provided by you or failure to maintain safe delivery conditions. 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Gas Buddies LLC, its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: Your breach of these Legal Terms. Your use or misuse of the Service. Any inaccuracies in the information provided by you. 12. Termination Gas Buddies LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for: Violation of Terms: Any breach of these Terms & Conditions. Misuse of Services: Fraudulent activities, repeated failed payments, or abuse of our services. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. 14. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "last updated" date on these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to recieve specific notice of each such change.
